Beautiful earings, as described pretty,pretty, I love them thank you.
So unique. I like to wear them asymmetrically with one of the sword hoops on one ear & the sword crawler on the other. The gunmetal option is very attractive. I get many compliments on them. I love to put them on when I need that extra sense of self confidence and courage in any situation. I'm actually going to buy two more pairs for my friends!
I am very impressed with the customer service at this business. The first ring they sent me was not up to par quality wise, there were some issues with the stone not being properly set, and some discoloration/fading of the vermeil on the bottom of the ring, so I contacted the shop (with pictures) and they asked if I wanted a refund or to exchange. A bit later, before I even had a chance to respond to their last message, they messaged me saying a new ring had been sent. They didn't ask me to send the first one back, and said they will still refund me if I am not happy. The new ring is good quality and looks beautiful. I didn't ask for a refund because the second ring was good, and I want to support small businesses like this who try to give the best customer service possible.
