Measure an existing ring
- Choose which finger you’d like your new ring to sit on, then select a favorite ring that already fits comfortably on it.
- Measure the inner diameter of the ring in mm or inches. Please be sure to measure a straight line through the center of the hole. Our Printable Ring Sizing Guide helps with this.
- Use the chart below to determine your ring size.

- Wrap a strip of paper, or piece of string, around your finger where you’d like your new ring to sit.
- Find your perfect fit by marking where the paper meets.
- Measure this length with a ruler, then match to the circumference column in the chart below.

Some extra tips for ring sizing
Measuring your finger may seem simple, but there are quite a few things that can result in an inaccurate measurement. Here are our five tips to help with whatever option you choose for ring sizing:
- Make sure the ring sizer fits over your knuckle. Knuckles can be wider than fingers, so you may need to order a half-size larger to accommodate.
- Temperature can affect sizing. Cold temperatures can cause your fingers to constrict, while extreme heat can cause them to swell.
- Measure the finger you plan on wearing the ring. Sounds obvious, but the same finger on a different hand can vary.
- Salty foods or alcohol can cause swelling. For a more accurate measurement, wait a day or two after drinking or eating salty foods before measuring.
- If you feel like you’re between sizes, order a half-size up—it’s better to have a slightly larger ring to accommodate for that swelling that may come after those salty snack and beer days!
Though knowing your ring size will allow you to purchase most rings without worrying about whether or not they'll fit, it's important to note that different styles of rings may fit slightly differently. Keep the following in mind when sizing:
- Wider bands (compared to a dainty stacker band) have less "give" for slipping over your knuckle, so you may need to increase the ring size. Consider ordering a half size larger than you normally would for bands that are 2mm or thicker.
- Stacking rings need to be within half a size of each other to stack well.
- Rings with open bands are slightly adjustable. You'll be able to pull the ring apart a touch to adjust the fit, but it only gives you a half size or so before it starts to affect the look of the ring.

Orders from outside US and non-European Union countries may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country. These charges are payable by the customer and we do not currently cover this cost.

Can I return my order? How can I do it?

Sure! you can return your order. Please, register your return / exchange request here within 45 days of receiving your order. Send the items back with a trackable shipping service, in unused conditions, and if possible with their original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and any customs fees if applicable.

Christmas season extended return policy. Orders placed between November 15th and December 15th are eligible for a return until January 31st.

How do I keep my jewelry from tarnishing.

All jewelry, except solid gold items, can and will most likely tarnish at some point. To prevent this from happening, or to slow it down, it is best to keep jewelry dry and away from lotions, perfumes, and any other weird chemicals. This is especially the case with brass jewelry. Some jewelry will also react with water that has chemicals in it, like pools or hot tubs. You can clean most jewelry with a jewelry polishing cloth (Never use it on gold-plated jewelry). You can also use a cleaning solution safe for your jewelry's material (except jewelry with gemstones. It could hurt the stone.) Also, be careful with any rings that have gemstones in it when using a cloth. Try to avoid stones.

Is there any nickel in any of our jewelry?

Although most of our pieces are 100% nickel-free, a few designs, like our Helix Earrings, are made with 316L Surgical Steel parts, and it does contain nickel. Please check the description of our designs or contact us in case of doubt.
